Ceriel Klein Kromhof wins the UEM des Nations with Team Holland

Ceriel Klein Kromhof from the Yamaha van Beers Racing Team helped the Dutch team to victory in the European Motocross of Nations in Markelo last weekend.


Despite some brake problems during the qualifying heat, he
posted the fastest lap time of the race and qualified in third position.

Ceriel started the first heat in tenth position. He worked his way forward and finally landed in second position. Countryman Glenn Coldenhoff had a comfort table lead, but Ceriel helped the team with a fine second position.
The Dutch team were in the lead of the overall standings as the third heat started. Ceriel struggled with a bad start and arm pump but nevertheless finished 6th. Teammate Marc De Reuver won the race, and this ensured the Dutch team the overall victory.
